Assessor-Accurate Appraisal

Accurate Appraisal LLC has been contracted by the Village of Oregon to do the reassessment of all non-manufacturing properties.

 

Open Book:

Open Book is a period of time to discuss your new value with an assessor.

 

The Open Book process starts as soon as you receive your notice, and will end fifteen (15) days before Board of Review.

 

You can set an in person appointment for Open Book online at Accurate Appraisals website accurateassessor.com by clicking Appointment, or stop by the in person Open Book.

 

You are encouraged to share recent appraisals, realtor opinions of value, and recent sales. The assessor will also share their sales analysis and show how they came to your new property value.

 

Residents can call Accurate Appraisal at 1-920-749-8098 Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. without an appointment, to discuss their value.

 

Open Book – In-Person Roll Book Viewing Period:

Tuesday, April 16, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Village Hall Community Room, upper level, 101 Alpine Parkway, Oregon, WI.

Board of Review will be: 

Tuesday, May 7, 2024, - 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. -101 Alpine Parkway

If you intend to file an objection, you must provide the Board of Review Clerk with written or oral notice of intent to file an objection (Form PA-115) at least 48 hours before the first scheduled BOR meeting under sec. 70.47(7)(a), Wis. Stats.
