Late Permit Filing Policy
The Village of Oregon will be enforcing the Late permit Filing Policy. If a permit is applied for by the owner/builder after construction has started permit fees will be doubled. If the Building Inspector asks for a building permit application and an application has not been applied for permit fees will be tripled. If you have any questions, please contact the Village of Oregon's Building Inspector at 835-6291.
